With some of my Christmas money, I purchased a 4G nano ipod. Do you want to know why I made this purchase? Not just because of how cool and sleek the new 3rd generation nano is but because of the nike+ipod.
This is possibly one of the coolest gadgets I have ever owned. The nike+ipod consists of two parts: the sensor and the nano attachment. The small little tiny oval ball they call the sensor must attach to your shoe while the nano attaches on the bottom of the nano. Once the nano senses the sensor-you are off to the races...
The Nano then can track your work out in the following ways: 1. KM/Miles run, 2.Calories exhausted, 3.KM/Mile Splits. Then once you are finished, you plug the nano into your computer and it then uploads and tracks your runs to the nike website...BRILLIANT! ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Not that my motivation is lacking on the running front...But this has definitely added some glee to lacing those sneakers up to get out there and... run ving run!
