As of late to bring up my energy at the office--I plug in. I launch my itunes, plug in my ear buds and rock out while firing off emails and getting work done. It has been an amazing new habit. Though my colleagues say that when I take the ear buds I tend to shout for the first 10 minutes...hahaha...I have found I am much more relaxed and much more light hearted. So let the music play...
